ABOUT MIMI IMPORTS

Founded in 2003, Mimi Imports is a North American distribution company located in Canada, offering an ever-expanding selection of Officially Licensed products. We started distributing soccer products during the 2002 World Cup after we realized there was a gap in the North American market for soccer merchandise. Today, we distribute four main categories of products: Soccer (all major European and World Cup teams), Guinness, Doctor Who and Country-specific products and collectibles.

Within our line of officially licensed soccer products, we carry items ranging from apparel, collectibles and gifts, to high-end, limited edition, authentic signed memorabilia for the top soccer clubs in Europe. Within our country product line, you can find country-specific items, such as children’s clothing, car accessories, flags, and more. Within our line of officially licensed Doctor Who products, fans can find items such as games, figures, posters, and memorabilia. For Guinness lovers, you’ll be able to find accessories and apparel such as Rugby shirts, t-shirts, hats, bags, and a ull range of glassware.

We also carry a variety of popular brands with large fan bases, making them the perfect addition to our and your product lines and offerings! Why should I work with Mimi Imports?

Before working with us, many of our clients ask us why they should work with a professional distribution company. What is your turn around time? How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We process orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. The delivery time depends on where you’re located:

Ontario & Quebec: next day delivery

Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: 3 days

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI & Newfoundland: 3 days

British Columbia: 4 days

United States: 5-7 days

We always select the carrier offering the best rate based on where the order is being shipped to and have preferred shipping rates with all of the major carriers in North America, including:

Can I track my shipment? Where do I find tracking information?

We provide tracking numbers for all of the packages we ship out at no charge. To find this tracking information, take a look at your invoice or you can head online to our website.

To check on our website, log in and go to the orders area under “My Account.” Click recent orders and hover over the truck icon to view the details!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Certified Cheque.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows: Any discrepancies must be reported to Mimi Imports in writing within 48 hours of receiving an order. Returns are not accepted without permission from Mimi Imports for return authorization. Please email customerservice@mimiimports.com with any discrepancies or requests and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in saleable condition. Please note a 15% restocking fee will apply and return freight charges will be added to any returns to your account on a separate invoice.

Do you have any catalogues?

Yes, we have a number of different catalogues available depending on the products you’re interested in. They’re available in both hard and digital copies. The digital copy is available on our website. If you would like hard copies, please email us at sales@mimiimports.com

Do you do back orders?

Yes, we do ship back orders. Before shipping any back ordered products, we will contact you to confirm your order.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

No, we do not sell direct to consumers.
