Outlander has hit it off with the premiere of its second season!  The American-British television drama series, based off of the bestselling novels by Diana Gabaldon, has received overwhelming support from both critics and fans.  The series has been nominated for numerous awards, winning 3 People’s Choice Awards and 2 Critics’ Choice Television Awards.  With the start of the second season underway, it continues to win over the hearts of millions of North American fans.

Outlander centers around Claire Randall, a married 1945 combat nurse, who is suddenly swept back in time to 1743, where she is required to adapt quickly under life-threatening circumstances.  Claire is forced to marry Jamie Fraser, a romantic Scottish warrior, with whom she ignites a passionate affair, tearing her heart between drastically different men held in two separate lives.
